Turbo Machine Technology, Inc. is a machining facility capable of any turning, milling, boring and threading operations necessary to complete your job. Having a large variety of manual and CNC machines enables us to complete prototype work and production runs.
We are experienced with a wide variety of metals and alloys. Much of our work is for the Energy Sector, specifically Turbine Power Generation Industry. Due to our experience in the industry we are able to maintain tight tolerances as standard. We have a track record of driving out cost through using innovative fixtures reducing setup and manufacturing time.

Turning: diameters 0.0625 to 120 inches / Lengths up to 160 inches Milling: Up to 140 X 60 X 40 inches. With our ability to outsource EDM, Water jet, Grinding, Honing, Lapping, Balancing, Coatings, Heat treat and Electro-polishing makes us the one-stop shop for all of your manufacturing needs.

We are able to handle small Fuel Valve Assemblies with +/- .0005”tolerance to 120” OD fixtures for the turbine industry that allows only +/- .001” on all dimensions.
